I went ahead and took the plunge and just did it, I mod podged my broom and it's so cute! Kenzie came downstairs saw it and said I want to sweep with it and of course I had to let her! LOL! Then Kylan comes down and says you scrapbooked your broom and I want to use it, of course I let him too! If I would have known that was all I had to do to get some work around the house out of them I would have done this a LONG time ago! At our home school mom's retreat we are having a broom makeover party (I think) and/or my new friend Cari might be having a broom party too...so fun!

When you are finished enjoy your cute broom! I don't like the way the pink turned out on mine (I used pink tissue paper) and I think it would be easier to use wrapping paper instead of scrapbook paper but I'm pleased overall.

Brooms, brooms and more brooms

It seems that everywhere I look I am seeing adorable brooms! Why is that? If we have a cute broom will it make us want to use it more??? HMMMM, there might be something to that line of thinking, LOL. Check out this tutorial on how to paint a cute broom.
