My Opinion
I give this book 4.5 out of 5 stars and the only reason I'm doing that is because it was very hard to read each chapter in 1 day as a devotional and digest and ruminate on what Babbie had to say, this isn't like any other devotional that I've ever done before. It's actually more like a Bible study and one that I really need time to think about and "chew" on in my mind. She was so passionate and had many memorable stories sprinkled throughout the book. It gave me a peace just knowing that everything is going to be all right because of Whose I am! I already knew this but it was just a great reminder and Babbie reminds you in a new, refreshing way that I haven't heard before. So come celebrate who and Whose you are and read Embraced by God!
