Since March I have been walking almost every morning with my friend Sarah and then trying to run a couple of miles at least 3 times per week and I've really been watching what I eat. All of this in hopes of losing some fat and getting healthier. Not too long ago I came across this book called Eat This, Not That and I just found out that they have a food quiz and you can try to guess which food is better for you although most of these foods aren't good for you at all! Click here and try it and see how many you get correct...I didn't do very good! The bacon one kinda freaked me out a little cause we just switched to turkey bacon and I guess it's not as good for you as I thought it was. They also have a website that you can read and it has tips on choosing fast food items that are better for you then others. If you have any weight loss tips please let me know.
